Brian welcomes Niv Shah, Founder and Developer of Ottoneu Fantasy Baseball, a dynasty baseball format with more of an advanced analytics approach to fantasy. Niv discusses the format of the game, where the unique name to the game comes from, and his role with Ottoneu. Niv then dives in to being contacted by people with disabilities who wanted to play Ottoneu but were running in to accessibility issues. He walks us through how complex fixing accessibility issues can be, as well as how to design a site with universal design in mind. He then discusses the all important battle of designing with accessibility in mind versus designing a visually appealing site.
